falafel pyrex Ingredients

Falafel + fried cauliflower + fried potatoes + a can of cream + medium-sized tomato cut into small cubes + chopped coriander + minced parsley + 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise + béchamel mixture + Mozzarella cheese



Falafel cut by hand and put in Pyrex oven tray



Put the cauliflower on falafel



Cut potatoes into cubes and put on the cauliflower



Then tomatoes pieces



Then sprinkle with parsley and coriander



Then mix the cream , mayonnaise and béchamel
