 Ingredients
Dough: 3 cups of flour Black + cup of oil + a pinch of salt + cup of warm water
Broth: meat according to family members +2 tomatochopped small +2 onions small  pieces +3 clove garlic ground + tomato paste + salt according to taste + spices  meat + ground cardamom + cubic Maggie according to taste + Black Pepper + red  peppers +Arabic dry black lemone


 
 Knead all ingredients in a  blender until you get a cohesive dough

 
 Lifted and put on a floured  surface

 
 Then cut squares and put in the  oven tray sprinkled with oil


 
 tray enter in the oven and fry  them on both sides with oil

 
 Remove them from the oven and  repeat the steps until the end of the dough


 
 Garlic and onions fry in a large  pan until they tender

 
 Then add the meat with onions and  stir them until it becomes white color


 
 Then add the spices and fry the  mixture

 
 Leave the mixture 5 minutes until  the meat gain the flavor of spices

 
 Put the tomatoes and tomato paste  and stir them with meat

 
 Pour the hot water over the meat  until it covers the meat and leave it on the fire until the meat is cooked



 
 Cut vegetables as desired and put  it into the broth and leave it to boil for a little bit

 
 lift the meat and put it in the  oven tray then put in the oven to fry it on both sides



 
 Add the dough to the broth and  stir it from time to time


 
 And leaves the dough until it  cooked

 
 Then put the meat and sprinkle it  with ground cardamom then cover the pot until serving time
