Ingredients
6 onions sliced +2 chicken, cut small pieces + olive oil + 3 tbsp of sumac + a cup of water + chopped parsley + sprinkle of salt + cumin + Black Pepper + dry coriander + Arabic bread
Fry onions in olive oil until it takes golden color
Add sumac and flip it for a little bit
and chicken pieces
Add the spices and flip the chicken pieces
and a cup of water and leave it until chicken is cooked
Sprinkle with parsley and sumac and leave it for a while then remove it from the heat
Put in a serving dish pita bread
Then chicken mixture and the fried nuts
