Ingredients for bread
4 cups of flour + ½ cup of oil - + warm water to knead + pinch of salt + a tablespoon of baking powder
Knead all ingredients and gradually add water until you get a cohesive dough
Put the dough in a bowl
Cover and leave the dough until it doubles in size
Cut the dough into equal balls
Ball of dough is kneaded in a circular motion
Heated iron sheet and put the dough until it is cooked bread
