Ingredients
Puree +1 onions cut into small cubes + � cup of coriander + 2 large spoon of tomato paste +3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes + � cup of minced mint + red pepper, crushed + half teaspoon of crushed garlic + turmeric +1 box of yogurt+ oil
Fry onion and garlic in small amount of oil until it takes the red color
Add the pepper and turmeric and stir the mixture
Put the tomatoes, tomato paste and stir the mixture until the tomatoes pieces tender
Add the yogurt and stir the mixture
Then coriander , mint and the puree
And leaves on fire with continuous stirring until components homogeneous
Turn off the fire
