Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1 whole garlic cloves, skinless
2 tbs. fresh rosemary
2 tbs. dry oregano
1 tbs. red chilli flakes
1 tsp. coarse salt
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. sunflower oil
1⁄4 cup water
Method :
Clean and wash potatoes, cut with its skin into wedges.
Combine garlic cloves with rosemary, oregano, red chilli, salt, olive oil and sunflower oil, mix well together and pour mixture over potatoes wedges and mix well, put in flat wide frying pan and add 1⁄4 cup water and close the pan and cook over low heat until potatoes is tender.
Remove the cover and roast inside hot oven until brown and crispy, serve hot with grilled chicken
