how to make easy yemeni lamb kabsa rice recipe step by step with photos



Ingredients:
Meat according to the family members cut into cubes without bone +3 cup of rice washed and soaked in water +2 minced onion+ 3 Garlic cloves, grated + sprinkle saffron + spray of crunched yolk saffron +2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces +2 Hot Pepper + carton of Homs beads +1 cup of raisins +2 beads Lome + whole spices: cinnamon - bay leafs- anise beads - Snot beads - Cardamom beads
ground spices: Spices mixed - turmeric - salt to taste - red pepper - Paprika +2 cup of hot water + oil
To decorate: roasted almonds + toasted pine

Put a little oil in the pan and heat it then add the meat and fry it


Add the onion and whole spices and fry the mixture until the onion becomes browns

Then the soft spices and salt to taste

Stir the mixture and leave for ten minutes on amid fire and stir it from time to time

Then tomatoes and a sprinkle of saffron and stir the mixture until tomatoes pieces wilt


Then pour hot water until the meat covered with water

And leave it on amid fire for an hour and a half until meat is cooked and the sauce thickens


Put the raisins and chickpeas and stir the mixture until the ingredients blend


Boil the rice in salted water until half cooked


Then add the rice mixture to the meat and add the yolks of saffron

Cover the pot and leave it on low heat for half an hour until rice is cooked


To serve lifted a part of saffron and stir rice carefully

Put in a serving dish and sprinkle with saffron , pine and almonds
