cupcake cake Ingredients
Three quarters cup of butter +1 and half a cup of sugar + 3 eggs + 2 teaspoon of vanilla + a quarter teaspoon of salt + ¾ cup of milk + 2 cups of flour + 2 teaspoon of baking powder
Mix butter and sugar in a blender until you get a creamy mixture
Then add the vanilla and eggs and mix them
Then add the flour and lemon zest and milk in three batches where we start and we finish it with flour
Distribute the mixture into molds
Cover the large mold
Bake the mixture in preheated oven until it is baked
leave the cupcake to cool down
the same mixture of cake used in the Cupcake
Ingredients buttercream
A cup of Crisco eggs margarine + a teaspoon of vanilla +200 grams of sugar powder + pinch of salt + a quarter cup of whipping cream
Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed for 3 minutes to 4
Stuffed the mold with cream
