green peas potato curry recipe

1 cup Fresh/frozen green peas
2 Potatoes Diced
¼ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder or to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Chopped cilantro for garnishing
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter curry leaves and cumin seeds. Saute for few seconds.
Add potatoes, peas, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add ½ cup water and bring it to a boil. Simmer and cover the pan. Cook till all the water evaporates.
Serve hot garnished with chopped cilantro
