Ingredients
Liver mix with vinegar and flour and leave a little bit and then washed +2 onion minced +2 garlic cloves, grated +2 tomato peel and cut small
spices: salt + cumin + Lome Black Powder + Black Pepper + chopped coriander + olive oil
Fry onion and garlic in a small amount of oil until tender
Then add the liver and fry
Add spices and fry the mixture carefully
