Ingredients
Chicken breast thinning a little according to family members + fried onion rings + oil for frying Salt + Black Pepper + fried eggplant rings + 2 cups of chicken broth
Mix filling: dried tomatoes, cut into small cubes + Mozzarella cheese +3 tablespoons of chopped parsley + green onions ,cut + tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix sauce ingredients and put the mixture on the chicken breast and then put onions, eggplant rings
And close the chicken breasts from all sides by the teeth sticks and season the chicken breasts then fry them from both sides
Add the broth and leave it on a low heat until the sauce is thicken
