how to make easy lebanese oven baked chicken in cream sauce recipe step by step with pictures
Ingredients
2 whole chicken, cut + potato rings + half yogurt tray of + tray of mushroom +8 tablespoons of soy oil + ½ cup cooking cream + ½ cup chicken broth + ½ cup mayonnaise +2 garlic cloves + oil + teaspoon of black pepper + red pepper + salt according to taste
Boil the chicken to be half cooked
Fry potatoes in oil
Put the chicken in the oven tray and keep the marinade
Put half cup of the broth with the mixture in a blender
Mix ingredients until becomes homogeneous
Put the mushrooms and potatoes on the chicken
Pour sauce on the chicken
Put in the oven for 30 minutes only and fry from the top
