how to make easy iranian recipe chicken keema step by step with images



 
 Ingredients
 
  2chicken cut into 8 parts +2 onions cut into  small cubes + 4 tablespoons of cooking oil +2 tablespoons of margarine + 1/2  lemon juice +1 chickpeas tray + a sprinkle of saffron + a tablespoon of turmeric  + a teaspoon of spices + a small teaspoon of black pepper +2 cups of water + a  cube of Maggie + 1/2 tablespoon of crushed red pepper +2 clove garlic, crushed
 

 
 Fry onions in  oil and margarine until it takes golden color
 
  
 
  Add garlic and flip
 
  
 
  Add chicken pieces and flip them
 
  
 

 
 Add all the  spices and flip the mixture well
 
  
 
  Add lemon juice and water
 
  
 
  
  
 And leave it on fire until  it is cooked approximately for 20 minutes
 

 
 Add the  chickpeas and leave it on fire for 5 minutes
