 Ingredients
 
  Pieces of meat with bone according to family members + full spices: cinnamon  - leaves Gar- Lome
 
  cups (4) of rice washed and soaked in water for half an  hour +1 onions cut   into quarters + hot water + salt + a sprinkle  of turmeric + Arab   spices mixed + Black Pepper + cinnamon + a sprinkle of  saffron
 
  Filling: a can of chickpeas +4 onions cut into mid-sized  cubes + ½ cup of raisins + a sprinkle of ground saffron + lemon  powder +Cinnamon+salt to taste+ crunched cardamom + ¼ cup of water for  frying onions 
 
  
 
  Put in a pot hot water and then put the meat and leave it up to boil
 
  
 
  Remove meat rancid and then add the spices  and onions
 
  
 

 
 And  ground spices and leave on low heat for two hours or until the meat  is cooked 
 
  
 



 
 Put the pieces  of meat in an oven tray
 
  
 
  Put tray in the pre-heated oven to grill the  meat on both sides
 
  
 


 
 After the  rice is filtered put it in the broth
 
  
 
  And leaves to a boil on high heat
 
  
 
  Then cover the pan and leave it on low heat until it is cooked
 
  
 


 
 Put onions in  the pan
 
  
 
  stir onions until its water dry and then put a tablespoon of water and stir onion
 
  
 
  repeat the   steps of putting water until the  onion wilts and changed its color,   then add a suitable amount of oil, raisins  and a sprinkle of saffron
 
  
 
  Add the spices, cinnamon, ground lemon and salt according to taste and fry  the mixture
 
  
 
  Add the chickpeas, leaves on medium heat and stir from time to time until is  cooked chickpeas
 
  
 

 
 Sprinkle with  ground cardamom, then remove from the fire
