 Ingredients
 
  semolina grams 400 +1 tablespoon of sugar +  ½ teaspoon ofinstant yeast + ½ teaspoon of salt +150 milliliter of liquid milk  +100 grams of melted butter + to cover use soft semolina
 

 
 Put the  semolina in a bowl and add salt, yeast and sugar
  Put  butter and rubbed the mixture by hand until it becomes like bread crumbs
 


 
 Put the  milk and stir the mixture with a spoon until ingredients are merge
 
  
 

 
 Cover and leave  it in a warm place for half an hour
 
  
 
  Sprinkle the oven tray with semolina
 
  
 
  Take the dough and knead for a little bit  and then put it on a surface sprinkled with semolina
 
  
 
  Cut into circular pieces, or as desired
 
  
 
  Put the dough in the oven tray in spaced form and sprinkle the face with  semolina
