how to make easy palestinian mansaf recipe step by step with pictures





Ingredients
Lamb meat washed well + milk jameed(soup base) + water for boiling + rice washed and soaked in water + 6 loaves of iron sheet bread
To adorn: almonds + pine + parsley
Salt as desired + turmeric + margarine

Boil the meat well until it become easy cut


put Jameed in a saucepan and stir it for a little bit

put meat in jameed with a bit of broth

Then put on the fire and leave it until it reaches the boiling point, then reduce the fire


Filter the rice from water

Put saucepan on the fire and heat two pieces of margarine

Add the rice and season it with salt and turmeric


Then add water over rice by 3 centimeter

Leave it until boiling, then reduce the fire and cover the pot until the water dries



Put 3 loaves of bread in presentation dish

Then pour over bread jameed sauce

And then put the rice

Then put meat on rice

Then decorate with nuts and parsley

It covers the remains of bread
