 lokma ingredients :
  ,  cup 2  ½ of white flour sifted + 2 ½ cup of yogurt + 1 eggs + 1  tbsp of yeast  + a sprinkle of saffron + a sprinkle of ground cardamom
  To  decorate: Honey
 
  
 
  Put flour and eggs, yogurt and yeast in a bowl
 
  
 
  Knead the ingredients  until the dough holds together and becomes a semi-liquid  dough

 
  Sprinkle the dough with cardamom, saffron and  knead it for a little bit 
 


 
 Cover and leave  the dough for an hour until the dough ferments
 
  
 

 
 Heat a large  amount of oil and form the dough in the oil And fry it until it is cooked
