 lamb samosa  Ingredients :
 
  Dough:  and 2 quarter cup of sifted flour + half a teaspoon of salt +1   teaspoon of baking powder + milk to knead +1 tablespoon of oil
 
  stuffed :  a kilo of ground  meat + 3 onions cut into small cubes + oil + half a  pack of leek cut into rings  + salt to taste + pinch of black pepper +  Curry
 
   
 
  Add the dough ingredients in a blender and  then the milk gradually until we get a soft dough
 
  
 
Balled the dough and leave it for half an hour
  
  
  
  
 
 Fry onions in a small amount  of oil until it takes the golden color
  
 Add the meat  and fry it until its color becomes white
 
  
 
  Add salt and spices and leave the meat on the fire, stirring from time to  another until the meat is cooked
 
  
 
  Add the leeks and stir the meat then remove the pot from the fire
 
   
 
 
 
 Cut the dough  into balls
 
   
 
 
 
 Knead the dough  on a floured surface to a circular shape
 
   
 
  Put this dough on samosas form tool
 
   
 
  Put a little of the meat stuffed  on the dough and then put water on the edge of the dough
 
   
 
 Cut  the dough and remove appendages
 
  
  
 
  
  
 
 Heat a large  amount of oil and fry samosas until it swell up and become brittle
 
   
 
  put the Samosas in a refinery or  on absorbent paper for oil
