glass of white flour + cup of milk powder + cup of sugar +4 eggs + a sprinkle of salt +3 cups of water + a sprinkle of saffron + a sprinkle of cardamom + oil for frying

Mix all ingredients in a blender until they become homogeneous

Heating the pan on the fire and then put a little bit of oil

Pour the mixture into the pan with a small scoop

Stir the mixture until it becomes in a circular shape and then leave it until it takes the red color from the bottom

Then turn to the other side and leave it until it is cooked

Put more oil if needed and then repeat the step until you finish from the mixture
