The ingredients for the dough
two cup of flour + 3 tablespoons of powdered milk + pinch of salt + two teaspoon of sugar + teaspoon of instant yeast + cup of lukewarm water + a tablespoon of margarine

Knead the ingredients


Put the dough in a bowl

Cover and leave the dough until it doubles in size


Cut the dough into equal balls

Put the balls in the oiled oven tray

Cover and leave the balls until they double in size

Put the balls in the pre-heating oven until the dough balls are cooked




the ingredients for Shawarma:
Chopped parsley + onions White cut into cubes + sumac + two chicken breasts cut into small cubes + two box of yogurt + olive oil + vinegar + mixed spices + paprika + salt + Tikka spices + sesame paste + mayonnaise + lemon juice + salt + garlic + 4 cubes of fried potatoes

Season the chicken with olive oil, vinegar and blended spices and paprika, salt and Tikka spices

Cover the chicken mixture and put in the refrigerator for two hours

Cook the chicken on the fire without any additives and then adjusts the salt after the chicken is cook


Mix the sauce :yogurt and the sesame paste , mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and garlic


Mix the onion, parsley and sumac

Pour the onion mixture and sauce on the chicken and stir the mixture well


Cut bread from the top is circular and empty it of dough

Stuffed with the chicken mixture

Adorn with cubes of potatoes and a sprinkle of sumac
