pasta with bechamel sauce and cheese recipe


sauce Ingredients
4 pieces of chicken breast, cut into small pieces boiled in water and half a lemon and one teaspoon of vinegar + onion cut into small pieces + clove of garlic + fresh ground ginger + large grated carrot + oil + a cube of Maggie + salt + spices mixed + black pepper + cumin + tomato sauce + 5 boiled and peeled tomatoes + Pasta

Fry onions in a small amount of oil

Add garlic and ginger and stir the mixture on the fire

Add the chicken pieces and stir the mixture on the fire

And add the cube Maggie, salt and spices


add tomatoes, tomato sauce and stir the mixture on the fire

add carrots and stir the mixture for a few minutes on low fire

Remove the mixture from the heat

Ingredients for the bechamel sauce
3 tablespoons of flour + 3 glass of water + salt +4 tablespoons of powdered milk + Mozzarella cheese + cheddar cheese + Kashkaval cheese



Mix all ingredients in a blender

Then put the mixture in a pot on fire and stir it constantly

When the sauce thickens . Put 2 tbsp of cheese and then stir the mixture and remove it from heat


Boil pasta in water, salt and oil

After the pasta is cooked , drain it of water

Mix the pasta with a quarter of the amount of bechamel

Stir the mixture cautiously

Put half the amount of the pasta in a Pyrex

distribute the filling on the pasta

And the last layer of the pasta

And then put the bechamel

Put the tray in preheated oven from the bottom for half an hour and then fry from the top

Get out the tray of the oven

And put on it the cheese

And put the tray in preheated oven and fry it from the top
