Ingredients for the base
Degstive Biscuit +100 grams of butter + half a glass of liquid milk + a cup of sugar


Mix the ingredients in a blender until they mixed

Put the mixture into the Cheesecake mold and press the mixture by hand a little


Ingredients for the second layer
A cup and a half of water +2 tray of cream +2 tablespoon of caster sugar +3 tablespoons of starch +3 tablespoons dry milk +4 pieces of cheese

Put the water and caster sugar and starch and milk in a saucepan and stir the mixture

And leave the mixture to boil on the fire

Until the mixture thickens then remove it from the fire and leave the mixture to cool down

Then put the cheese and cream and mix well


Then put the mixture on the biscuits
