Ingredients

Layer the biscuits: 250 grams of biscuits Degstive ,crunched +50 grams of butter + 2 tbsp of brown sugar

the Cheesecake layer : 800 grams of Philadelphia cheese + a cup of sour cream +4 eggs + one and a half cup of white sugar + 1/2 cup of whipping cream + a tablespoon of vanilla + a quarter cup of flour

The upper layer: 500 grams of red berries iced + half cup of water + a third of a cup of sugar + a tablespoon of lemon juice + a tablespoon of starch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water + color a red

Melt the butter, then add the biscuits and brown sugar and mix well
