iraqi tepsi lamb kebab ingredients :
500g lamb mince
1 onion grated 🧅
1 tomato peeled and finely diced 🍅
Bunch of parsley finely chopped 🌿
1 tsp salt 🧂
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp black pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)
How make iraqi tepsi lamb kebab :
Mix ingredients well and flatten in cast iron dish. Place in preheated fan oven at highest temperature for 20 mins.
Garnish with parsley, pomegranate and pine nuts. We served this with some grilled tomato, jajik and sumac salad 🥗 on tandoor bread. Soo good when you need that quick kebab fix 😁
