italian crespelle fillings recipe

Ingredients for the crepe dough:
3/4 cup white flour.
A cup of liquid milk.
pinch of salt
Basil leaves + thyme + rosemary. (as you like)
A pinch of Italian spices.
One tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients for the ricotta and spinach filling:
A pinch of pepper and salt
Parmesan cheese, mozzarella.
Ingredients for minced meat filling:
Fresh brown mushroom cubes
Fresh minced meat
Black pepper, smoked or regular paprika, and salt.
Two tablespoons of flour
One tablespoon of powdered milk
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Two cups of lukewarm water
A spoonful of liquid cheese
A sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Method make italian crespelle :
to make crepes
Mix the ingredients for the dough in the blender
Shape it with the device or on a frying pan
We make the fillings
In a frying pan, put olive oil, garlic, spinach, a pinch of pepper and salt
We remove it from the fire
And we add to it:
Ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella and italian leaves
To make the minced meat filling:
Garlic roasted in a little olive oil
Then add cubes of fresh brown mushrooms to it
Then the fresh minced meat
Roast on high heat until it dries
Season with black pepper, smoked or regular paprika, and salt
Pasta sauce is added to it
(If we stuff it inside the crepe, we sprinkle it with mixed cheese).
To make the bechamel:
A cube of butter. Two tablespoons of flour are stirred in it + a tablespoon of powdered milk, a pinch of salt and black pepper, then it is immersed in two cups of lukewarm water.. and stirred until it thickens. Seal with a tablespoon of liquid cheese and cooking cream.. and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Spread the pasta sauce on top
