lamb kabsa ingredients:

Meat with bone removed from fat

lamb kabsa saudi method:



In a pot, put a little oil
We put onions, black lemon, star anise, cloves and hot pepper on it, and stir until the onions turn brown
Put the meat on it and stir-fry until it turns slightly brown (this step is necessary).
We put garlic, green pepper, tomatoes, and ground spices on it, and stir-fry for 5 minutes
Add boiling water and leave it until it is completely level
Salt it and let it boil for 5 minutes
Remove the meat from the pot and filter the broth
Strain the rice and put it on the broth (the amount of broth or water for the rice, for each cup of rice we put a cup and a quarter of broth)
Add hot pepper and whole garlic (optional)
Return the meat and blond lemon to the rice
We raise the fire and leave the pot on it for 10 minutes
Then reduce the fire quietly
And we leave it for 20 minutes
Serving time, remove the meat, lemon, pepper and garlic
Put the rice in a serving dish
We return the meat, pepper and lemon on top
Served with salad and chili
